Self Sufficient Tiny house 

This is a self-sufficient 1 loft bedroom, 1 bathroom tiny house that is powered by solar panels with an inverter and charger included and a full gas tank-less water heater with pex pluming. Invite the outdoors in through the beautiful French doors and 7 windows that create an abundance of natural light. When you first step into the custom built tiny house you are greeted by the living room, where there is a L-shaped couch that has several functionalities: it can be pulled out and made into a bed as well as it contains storage underneath. The steps that lead to the upstairs also have custom-made closet space with 8 different storage areas. The upstairs is a spacious loft, with much room for headspace, to serve as a queen-sized bed. Downstairs there is a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, running water sink and cabinetry.

The counters and stair steps are made with live edge Ohio ash wood. The 1 bathroom has a full running water shower and the space to install a compositing toilet. The owner has put much hard work into the project and wanted to create a warm rustic cabin feel complete with wood and corrugated steel trim accents. The many uses for the tiny house: potential Airbnb, hunting cabin, a family getaway home, a permanent first home, a rental, a she shed, a home office and so many other amazing opportunities. Please note: the tiny house is built on a trailer so it has the ability to be mobile. Trailer is titled in the State of Ohio.
