Technical Details:

• The Hope Tiny House measures 4.40 meters at the base and 5.60 meters at the roof, with a width of 2.30 meters and a height of 3.27 meters. The loft measures 3.4 square meters, and the total surface area is 11.4 square meters.
• The house can be used either mobile or in a fixed location, thanks to its built-in steel base that can support its weight. It can be moved with a trailer, and when used in a fixed place, the platform has 4 legs for stability.
• The structure is made of curved laminated wood beams, spruce wood with TEGO plywood sheet, aluminum sheet, and rockwool insulation. The exterior cladding is made of Larch wood, mounted horizontally. The exterior is fireproofed, varnished, and painted, while the interior features smooth panels of plywood painted in white and bright blue.

Interior Design:

• The Hope Tiny House is divided into two areas, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom area. There is also space for an additional bed over the bathroom, perfect for a child to sleep comfortably.
• The house features LED floor heating and an electric fireplace with thermostat and remote control. It also has all the necessary utility connections for a turn-key ready experience.
• The doors and windows are made of wood with double glazing and stained glass hand-painted for a unique touch. A large special window follows the shape of the gable and offers the inhabitants a beautiful projection outwards.
• You can customize the house according to your needs, and Pura Vida Huts offers its own architect at your disposal for free.
