We can build anything from a basic cabin shell to a complete house with all the major appliances. A few of the standard features on a completed home are: Spray foam or bat insulation, 3/4″ Advantec waterproof flooring, 2×6 pressure treated floor joists, 4″x6″ pressure treated skids, 16″ centers throughout, several siding choices, gas filled insulated windows, led lighting, high efficiency HVAC heat pump(s), Choice of floor coverings, and a host of other practical components.
