We believe in smart Tiny Houses! Mill Home is the manufacturer of three different types of Tiny Houses. The Tiny Loft Single is suitable for a single household and has an area of 29 square meters. Our Tiny Loft Duo is a good fit for a couple and has an area of 34 square meters. Our third model is the Tiny Loft Family, which is a two story house in contrary to the Tiny Loft Single and the Tiny Loft Duo. The Tiny Loft Family is suitable for 2-4 people and has an area of 48 square meters.
All of our Tiny Houses come with a roof of solar panels. They are self sufficient in the field of electrical power. The roof, floor and walls of these houses are made of high quality timber sandwichpanels. The isolation is incorporated in the sandwichpanels. We use a lot of durable and recyclable materials during the build of our Tiny Houses, such as Tricoya. We want to make sure that we do not produce a lot of waste during the build of our Tiny Houses. Therefore, the raw materials are still visible after the build is finished.
All of the Tiny Houses mentioned above are suitable for permanent living. They are made prefab in our factory in Mill, The Netherlands. All three types are movable by truck. If you want to move, you can take your house with you!
Last but not least, our Tiny Houses are designed by an architect. The inside has been brilliantly sorted out to serve all purposes of life on a small surface. It does not matter if you like to cook, sleep or lounge, you can do it all in one of our smart and compact Tiny Houses!
